1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment/order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (based on the contact information shared at checkout).


2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your orders twice before the item is returned to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.


3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will be notified of the shipping cost before finalising the order.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹49/- applies.


    4. Shipping Delays:

    • Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you if your shipment is delayed.
