1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately to cancel your order.
  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy:
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. For hygiene products like baby diapers, adult diapers, or sanitary pads, returns are only allowed if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, and only if the package has not been opened.
  • Return Window:
    You must initiate a return request within 1-2 working days from the delivery date of the product.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

  • Return Process:
    Once the return is approved, we will guide you through the return process. If the product is eligible for a return, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless defective or damaged. We also do not accept returns that claimed outside the return window.

  • A refund will be processed if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we have shipped the wrong item. Refunds are only considered for products that meet these conditions.
  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once your return request is verified and accepted, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Used or opened products will not be eligible for a refund unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).


5. Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. For example, if the product is not returned in its original condition or has been damaged, a partial refund may be issued.


6. Processing Time for Refunds:
