1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately to cancel your order.
  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Exchange Policy:

    • Eligibility for Exchange:
      Exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, incorrect items, missing parts or accessories, missing quanties delivered. Damage caused due to customer handling or misuse,Normal wear & tear are not eligible for exchange.
    • Exchange Window:
      You must initiate a exchange request within 7 working days from the delivery date.
    • How to Initiate a Exchange:

    • Exchange Process:
      Once the exchange is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. If the product is eligible for a exchange, same product will be provided(subject to availability),no refunds will be issued.
    • Non-Exchangeble Items:
      We do not accept exchange for opened or used products unless defective or damaged. We also do not accept exchange that claimed outside the return window.
